Investing in a top-tier home coffee machine led me to a new venture—offering comprehensive services for coffee machines, from repairs to customization. The surge in demand during the pandemic prompted a transition from a home-based setup to an office and showroom. We initially focused on minimal repairs but expanded in-house services as our client base grew, attracting attention from international companies. Partnering with a UAE distributor marked a turning point, leading to profitability and interest in establishing our company in the Gulf region. Looking ahead to 2024, our focus remains on maintaining a competitive edge through innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
