Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled if not yet processed or shipped.

If paid online, payment gateway or bank fees may be deducted.

Customized or made-to-order items are non-cancellable unless defective.

Each cancellation request is assessed individually to ensure fairness

Return Policy

Returns accepted within 7 days from delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Non-returnable:

food

opened health/cosmetic products

customized items

used or installed products

Factory defects fall under warranty (repair or part replacement).

Refunds issued only if repair/replacement is not possible.

If wrong or mismatched item, company covers all return costs and refunds or resends product

المنتجات الصحية أو التجميلية المفتوحة

المنتجات المخصصة

المنتجات المستخدمة أو المركبة

في حالة الخلل المصنعي يتم تطبيق شروط الضمان (إصلاح أو استبدال القطعة).

لا يتم رد المبلغ إلا إذا تعذر الإصلاح أو الاستبدال.

إذا تم استلام منتج خاطئ أو غير مطابق، تتحمل الشركة جميع التكاليف ويتم الاستبدال أو استرداد المبلغ بالكامل.
